As an Italian culinary critic, I always seek out traditional dishes that showcase the region's unique flavors.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a cozy yet elegant setting that enhanced the dining experience. The attentive staff, including Dorina who served us breakfast, added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of dishes including acquacotta and snail soup, providing guests with a true taste of the region's culinary heritage. The Bar and Restaurant's commitment to showcasing the diverse flavors of Viterbo province truly sets Mini Palace apart.
